'Seems like it doesn't matter, much the polling is similar in all 3 states. 3rd or 4th. Spread it around and hope for the best.
Doing anything but campaigning for 1st place in Washington is stupid. Paul needs to spend all of his time in Washington and secure FIRST place. While being perceived as "ignoring" states is bad, being perceived as incapable of winning is even worse.

WA is a caucus state, and in caucus states visiting is perhaps less useful, as it is move of a GOTV thing.
Given our track record so far in caucus states, it's not too good to place all the chips in one basket.

The delegate talk is silly. After April 1st they won't matter one bit if he can't win big states with winner take all primaries. There's no path to the nomination that doesn't include them.
