Does anybody else experience the constant Shockwave Flash crashes in Google Chrome? It seems like every browser I've tried has a major formatting issue with certain aspects of web sites. I went to Chrome because it was supposedly superior, but it's the same old bs. Has anybody found a fix for the Shockwave issue? I Googled it but responses are all over the map. Here at least it's people I can trust. Thanks.

What operating system do you use? Are your browsers and Flash fully up to date?

I use win 7 on an asus EEE 1000H netbook. I just dled a new version of flash thinking that might solve it, and my chrome version is 17.0.963.56. I just assume chrome autoupdates. Thanks for any information you may have.

Chrome does autoupdate by default (though some people turn that off).

If it updating to the latest flash doesn't work, try deleting all traces of Flash from your computer and then downloading the latest version.

Other things to try:

Disabling hardware acceleration.
Update graphics driver.
