Sounds like a reiteration of the MIAC report.

They are really focusing on the idea that the government can't control "the threat" and its up to the "American People" whatever that means, to stop terrorism themselves. Oh and the internet is bad, very bad!

Seems like things are definitely ratcheting up, and I see this manufactured Islamophobia as a big part of that as well.

Feels like some "act" is close but I can never tell. Just seems like they wouldn't want to waste this opportunity as too much fear-mongering followed by long periods of peace builds up public immunity. Seems like a lot of coordinated "fomenting" lately though, I wonder whats in store.

Just wanted to point out, that much of what was said about foreign policy and the justifications were white lies.

For instance, we didn't have troops in the middle east in 1998 when Bin Laden was blowing up our embassies.

Right, I guess we are not supposed to remember any of this.
