Yeah that was close  Did anyone expect anything different?

Just like the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the single biggest screwing of American taxpayers, the Senate has passed Obamacare, the second biggest screwing of American taxpayers, at 7am EST on Christmas Eve. Next step is a conference committee to create a humungous "compromise" bill that contains everything in both bills that takes money from our bank accounts.

News is breaking, no MSM links yet. Do you really need any links anyway?

The second vote... right after the mult-Trillion fiasco vote was to raised the national debt ceiling which raised From:

$12.1 Trillion to $12.4 Trillion a $290 Billion increase to carry the thugs to February 2010. It's currently at: $12.165 Trillion

"Massachusetts has secured an Enormous Victory, "Kerry said

http://www.boston.com/news/health/articles/2009/12/23/health_bill_will_keep_mass_overhaul_intact/

Bill also Bails out Massachusetts Socialized Health care system which is running Billions in Debt. Senator John Kerry inserted into the Bill, $500 Million in extra money for health care, But it doesn't stop there, the legislation contains an additional $200 Million for Massachusetts Hospitals which haven't been reimbursed by the state because of lack of funds. $700 Million up front for Massachusetts, We the people are paying Massachusetts PAST DEBT in HC!

but it doesn't stop there...

Here's how it gets even worst compared to the rest of the nation: The Senate passed the plan. adds this expensive caveat to Massachusetts Social health Care system; It is written that it will now allow many more people with higher income to qualify for conplete subsidized Health Insurance Coverage, giving individuals and families with Incomes up to 400% of the poverty level - $43,350 Individuals and $89,200 for a family of four.

Looks like the Socialist States that pushed health-care Taxing Bill are receiving immense /preferential treatment & perks in their states over other states.

Nice way to Discriminate, Steal, and Tax others for your own Kingdom, eh?

As soon as they pass a compromise bill between the House and Senate I expect the Constitutional law suit to start.

In the mean time, back at the ranch, AZ has an amendment to our Constitution coming up next year to block the bill. 5 other States likewise. Some State already have that in their Constitution.

That is one vote I will not miss. I expect it will get ugly, after that, if approved by the voters.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the near future when what has taken place today starts to sink in.
I know one thing Ben Nelson is toast here in the state of Nebraska.

As far as Im concerned this law is automatically null and void.. it is no law. It will not compel me to do anything different other than make sure these assholes are removed from office.

I thought there were 40 republicans in the senate? Was there one Republican who voted for this thing or am I mistaken?

They ignored us so, here is the starting point.

All house members up for re-election. Has a section on the senate races.

I think Harry Reid has a chance of being taken down.

We need to clean house and take back control. The question is how mad is everyone vote them out and offset the new voters they are adding.

I am afraid ,we need things to get so bad people are furious and we need it to happen quickly. Next Nov. will be here before we know it.

Does it really matter if we throw the bums out, only to elect new bums? What we need to do is elect staunchly libertarian candidates. I have some hope that we will get at least a few. The bully pulpit is good to spread our message, but if you are looking for real reform (repealment) from the Federal Government through Congress you are going to be disappointed. Now, the President can do a lot with his EO power at repealing unconstitutional laws. Besides you need staunch moral libertarians (Ron Paul) because most others get corrupted by the power.

Sure I would like to see libertarian candidates elected in their place.

Don't rule out a routing sweep on sending a strong message that we are not taking this anymore. Take out as many flaming liberals as possible.

I don't know about that, but Kennedy's seat is still empty, isn't it? I assumed that was the missing vote.
