I think red meat is bad in general although the low carb thing is reasonable for weight loss. DASH diet is best if you can stick to it, which most can't.

Think what you want to think; it'll take the weight (body fat) off of ya...who knows if I'm developing cancer...I'll risk it.

Red meat probably gives you high blood pressure too.

You could take your primal diet, and modify it a bit to make it like DASH. idk that much about primal diet.
 
Back on topic, Ricky looks like your typical northerner on their first beach day: goofy face, goofy smirk, goofy shorts, and white as powder.
