Seinfeld creator mocks Rand Paul

What a dick. You'd think he'd be flattered and happy that so many people remember Festivus rather than insult them for it. No one even knew this guy's name until Rand Paul aired his grievances and he started whining about the wrong team enjoying it. He's kissing Booker's ass, of course.

I knew his name...but I celebrate Festivus every year. :o

What a dick.

More specifically, he's a big Mommy government loving, bleeding-heart, economically illiterate, ignorant, far left douche-bag.

The douche-bag part was how he described himself. At least he does a good job at self-evaluation.

<Tweet deleted by him used to be here.>

Lol. Douche-bag is douching his Tweet history...

Rand is anti elective wars and for ending aid to mideast regimes/foreign parasites in general. Are some/most writers/actors of Scienfeld team wars enablers? I vaguely recall reading news of Jerry Scienfeld sending huge sum of money during Israeli bombing of Gaza or Lebanon. George Gustanza also seems to support US funded occupation of Palestinians. Kramer has had a racial meltdown on stage but is being brought back to TV recently. Funny but strange group. Elaine seems to be the only one who opposes US funded occupations and oppressions in mideast.

There was another hollywood neocon tool who tried to mock Ron Paul using a gay scene... was it that idiot Bruno Sacha Cohen who made movie Borat? Need to lookup old story.

Hollywood neecons will happily fund drone king but almost certainly would oppose either of the Pauls.

Yet he says nothing about Booker...

It is probably going to be praise since Booker is a neocons tool.

Seinfeld sucked ass.

Are you kidding me?

Did you see the episode where Jerry's Dentist Tim Watley converted to Judaism and started telling Jewish jokes? Jerry theorized that he had converted to Judaism just so he could tell Jewish jokes.

So Jerry goes in to Tim Watley's former priest and tells him his theory that he converted to Judaism for the jokes. The Priest asks, "So, this offends you as a Jewish person?" and Jerry responds, "No, this offends me as a comedian!"

That has got to be one of the funniest jokes of all time.

As I've said many times, the left wing bias in media and entertainment does not solely come from the face-person/reader/actor, or the CEO...

It's not just the left winged media, imo ... FOX news is just as bad ... MSNBC/CNN/FOX are like a wrestling match; put on an act but great friends and really serving the same agenda. Sure FOX whines and moans about Obama care every day; but I have never heard one story from them on Obama's background... who the guy really is. Remember, the same Saudi Prince who paid for Obama's Harvard education owns a share of FOX News... And keep in mind the government was going to prosecute Murdock for something (can't remember, don't care) but haven't done so yet.

Actually FOX is probably the most dangerous of mainstream stations. The peeps know CNN and MSNBC are a joke ... but for some reason since FOX spends 10 hours a day moaning about Obamacare; the sheeple believe them to be a true news source.. I don't but the sheeple do. Look at the ratings.

If Obama mentioned festivus he would be tweeting how cool that was and how hip Obama is for remembering the cultural reference. It's all such a joke.

I still don't understand why people decided to actually celebrate a goofy, fake holiday from an overrated TV sitcom...

It's like the college kids I saw playing Quidditch (yes, with the brooms) on campus.

I still don't understand why people decided to actually celebrate a goofy, fake holiday from an amalgam of Roman pagan rituals, Germanic solstice traditions, and department store tropes designed to encourage shopping with a story about baby Jesus shoehorned on top.

Seinfeld was one of the greatest comedy shows of all time.

It was just people yelling at each other. There were some good jokes, and some good episodes. But after I realized that they're all just bitching all the time, it lost all appeal. I can't watch anyone on the show and say that they're a sympathetic character, yet they're presented as being sympathetic.

OTOH, the characters on "It's Always Sunny" tend to yell at each other a lot, and make all the wrong decisions, but they're losers that don't hold real jobs and have a business that doesn't do any business. It's a "realistic" Seinfeld - those characters should have been living in the slums hanging out with people from under the bridge, dragging down anyone who dares getting close to them, like the priest-turned-bum or the recovering alcoholic waitress.

I didn't think it was possible for characters to get any more irritatingly unlikeable than the ones on Seinfeld.

And then I saw a few episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond ... boy, was I ever wrong!

The whole "sctick" of Seinfeld was to be a show about nothing. It was actually funnier than most of Jerry's standup routines.

Quidditch is all over the place now. I fear it's not going away. They actually have matches and everything. Festivus may be the same way.
