Seatle Times says WA GOP will finish count

So I'm confused... Will that count show our "smashing success" that Maureen Moore claims we had? If so (or if not) why?
 
Paul's campaign is also not conceding the state.

Maureen Moore, Washington state coordinator for the Paul campaign, said her candidate "did wonderful — a lot more wonderful than what's being reported."

Those two lines make me want to jump up and down all night, but I got homework to do since I am still in high school.
 
Well, what they are counting is irrelevent anyway. They are just doing the straw poll.

HOLY CRAP, Washington actually decided to count all of the votes? How nice of them! We should seriously send them fruit baskets and candy for bending over backwards like this. I'm glad they made this a news story, too...you know, that way they get their proper pat on the back for going above and beyond!
 
It still stinks to high Heaven. I watched those results come in all night, and Huckabee was in the lead the whole time, until they "stopped."

Paul NEVER waivered from 21%. You can't tell me that he got 21% across the board.

Why are people so apathetic to this crap?
 
Sort of poetic, the CFR screwing another CFR candidate.

The question is, will the Mitt and Huck people wake up before it is too late?
 
That's great that they're going to finish counting the "straw poll" that doesn't even matter, but are they ever going to post the delegate count?
 
That's the point Sarge. I think that was the plan all along, but I might be wrong. Get the republicans to destroy each other and get Hillary elected and not by the people if need be. Things seem to have changed now so We'll see what happens. It's very possible that Obama will lose because of super delegates kind of like a 2000 election but in the primaries and on the democratic side. There are still so many factors involved this whole election is going to get crazier from here it seems.
EDIT: That could lead to two candidates that neither party wants and in fact despises. That would be the perfect scenario for a 3rd party.

Technically Huckabee isn't CFR. He has written for them, and shares some of their positions, but he doesn't have a secret decoder ring. He's not untouchable.
 
I had read somewhere that he was being advised by CFR members but that doesn't mean he is himself.
