Wisconsin is no longer in danger of being forced into compliance with ObamaCare, Wisconsin HAS been forced into compliance with ObamaCare by Governor Scott Walker!

That’s right, Wisconsin Campaign for Liberty has learned that Governor Scott Walker secretly signed the emergency rule to begin implementation of ObamaCare on November 3rd.

Or should we say WalkerCare?

This is what we learned from a two hour call with OCI/DHS on November 15th:

OCI and Governor Walker think it's better if Wisconsin restricts the "free market", within the provisions of ObamaCare, rather than the Feds doing it.

Really? So now Wisconsin has been lowered to groveling before Obama?

The ObamaCare emergency rule is an end-run around legislative prerogative. When OCI/DHS and Walker couldn't get AB 210 through, they went over the heads of the people and their representatives and forced ObamaCare on Wisconsin.

OCI and Governor Walker think it was better for Wisconsin to let the Feds in and comply with ObamaCare voluntarily, instead of letting the Feds force their way in.

Analogy: Inviting a foreign invader into your country because you want to preserve your architecture.

And guess what, it gets even worse!

What do you think Governor Walker and OCI will do if they do not get their way and get AB210 passed in the end?

They are going to throw a temper tantrum and refer inquiries about health care issues to conservative Senator Lasee's office, not the Feds.

So Senator Frank Lasee stands up against ObamaCare for the people of Wisconsin and rather than supporting him, Governor Walker is trying to end-run around the people!

What do you think about all this? Does it make you happy that ObamaCare can now safely be called WalkerCare?

The WalkerCare emergency rule will:
Compromise Wisconsin’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment
Cripple the healthcare freedoms of all Wisconsinites
Undermine this state’s insurance industry
Eliminate private sector jobs
Damage Wisconsin’s credibility in a 26-state lawsuit against ObamaCare
It should disturb you greatly that compliance with federal law at this juncture will thoroughly discredit Wisconsin in the eyes of the U.S. Supreme Court in its consideration of the 26-state challenge to ObamaCare's constitutionality.

The emergency rule that Governor Walker has signed will send a hazardous signal that Wisconsin believes only the individual mandate to be unconstitutional rather than ObamaCare in its entirety.

You and I must email and call Governor Scott Walker ([email protected]) (608-266-1212) right now and tell him how angry you are that he signed this insane WalkerCare emergency rule that will begin to implement ObamaCare in Wisconsin!

Governor Walker tried to push through ObamaCare in Wisconsin quietly and I am sure he is not happy that this is getting out.

Senator Frank Lasee does not plan on allowing AB210 to pass through the legislature so we will see what kind of tantrum the OCI and the Walker administration will throw over all of this going public.

Please email and call Governor Scott Walker right now ([email protected]) (608-266-1212) and tell him how angry you are that he signed this insane WalkerCare emergency rule that will begin to implement ObamaCare in Wisconsin!

Todd Welch
Interim State Coordinator
Wisconsin Campaign for Liberty

P.S. Governor Walker has sold Wisconsin out to Obama/WalkerCare. Email and call Governor Scott Walker right now ([email protected]) (608-266-1212) and tell him what you think.

Created4, please don't spread rumors. I can't find any credible information to verify your claim.

Here's the only information I can find:

Update:

Here is the link: http://oci.wi.gov/rules/1800em11.pdf

If you go to the bottom you can see it was signed by Walker on November 3rd.

Also Governor Walker is the only Republican governor not to return early innovator funds.

You don't consider Campaign for Liberty "credible," especially after you found a couple more references? John Tate is the president, and Jesse Benton is the vice president, both currently on leave of absence to run Ron Paul's campaign. I have always found their information "credible."

It is true that Obama setup a program to pay states to implement ObamaCare and said that if state's don't implement it, the federal government will implement it in the states. Many (almost all?) liberty lover think that they way the federal government will implement the program in the states will be worse than the GOP leadership in the states (for the states that have GOP leadership.)

So GOP lead states have a choice, reject the federal money and risk getting a much worse program forced (well, legal battles could happen instead) or take the money (increase federal handouts) and implement a less bad system. Of course, there is another choice, wait to see what the US Supreme Court rules on the issue.

Some GOP led states like NH decided to reject all ObamaCare money and make it illegal. Some states decided to make it illegal. Some states decided sue the federal government and otherwise, not act on the issue until the lawsuit is finished. Different GOP led states are trying different things. If Walker is really trying this approach, and IMO, it is the worst possible approach for a GOP led state, it is still better than if a Democrat led state was using the same approach.

Another way to say it is that Walker sold-out the Wisconsin citizenry.

If the federal government said they were going to send people in to machine gun all the people in your state, it is not a viable option for the Governor to go on and machine gun them himself, because he might do it more gently.

If I was Governor of Wisconsin I would build a border fence with Illinois and take claim to all five great lakes. That's what is important.

WISCONSIN ‘EMERGENCY RULE’ CAUSES TEA PARTY PANIC— An emergency rule issued by Insurance Commissioner Theodore Nickel sets the state up for the external review and appeals process as required under the ACA. But yesterday it set off a wave of panic among tea party activists who sent out messages to supporters urging them to contact Gov. Scott Walker and the insurance department to stop it: “Would Scott Walker really stab the tea party in the back like this? ...The emergency rule that Gov. Walker may sign will send a hazardous signal that Wisconsin believes only the individual mandate to be unconstitutional rather than Obamacare in its entirety.”

You should thank Created4 for spreading this "rumor," as it's good to put it out there and investigate--it's also good to question these things and make sure.

I just asked for official documentation. Can't believe everything you read on the Internet.

Well that certainly does seem official, Frank's gonna be heartbroken.

Frank is a bad person for asking for official documentation.
