Schumer Raises on Fears of Rand Paul, Carly Fiorina

Senator Chuck Schumer wasted no time in raising money off some recent Republican primaries.

"The most radical Republicans have already won primaries- from Rand Paul in Kentucky to Carly Fiorina in California," Schumer wrote in a statement emailed by the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee this morning. (It comes a day-and-a-half after Ms. Fiorina won in California, and a day after she was caught on a live mic making fun of her opponent's hair.) "And national Republicans are setting their sights on Democratic incumbents like Barbara Boxer in California and Patty Murray in Washington."
