Schiff for Senate
Hello Everybody,

Schiff happens... when the government ignores the constitution.

That's the slogan on our new t-shirt, and it couldn't be more accurate! Over the
last few years we've seen first hand how negative of an impact government
intervention can have on anything - the economy, health care, you name it!

I know you agree, and that's why I'm turning to you today.

June 30th - less than 48 hours from right now - marks the final FEC end-of-quarter
fundraising deadline before the primary. That means our campaign has to post huge
numbers for the quarter to prove to Linda McMahon that we have the resources to
match her personal wealth.

It also means we have less than 48 hours to reach our $500,000 goal to meet our
advertising budget for the remainder of this campaign. We've known all along that
the key to victory was flooding the airwaves with our message. Well, the time has
come and I need your immediate financial support to make it happen.

That's why we have a special offer for anyone who donates $100 or more to my
campaign through this email before the June 30th deadline. With your $100
contribution we will send you an autographed Schiff Happens t-shirt.

So follow this link right now and give $100 or more to receive your autographed
Schiff Happens t-shirt. Just be sure to include the size you would like at the
bottom of the page!

Time's running out to save America, and the stakes have never been higher.

I'm counting on you to make sure my campaign has the resources to get on the air
with our message and win this race on August 10th. So be a patriot and do your party
to save America. Follow this link and give $100 or more to my campaign today and
we'll send you an autographed t-shirt.

America is counting on you, and so am I.

Peter Schiff
Republican U.S. Senate Candidate

P.S. Time is running out to raise the $500,000 we need to get on the air. Follow
this link and make a contribution of $100 or more before Wednesday's midnight
deadline and I'll send you an autographed Schiff Happens t-shirt.

I'm not big on that slogan or the t-shirt, but I'm now all-in on my contributions to the campaign. Good luck, Peter!

I signed up at Schiff's site three different ways. As a donor, as a volunteer, and just as a "keep me informed" kind of thing.

I'm not quite sure which email address this email went to.

I cannot do $100 dollars, but I do plan to match what I have already given. It may not be much but if everyone could at least match what they have already given, then imagine how much money he could get.

It is a strange slogan. Shouldn't Schiff happening be something the campaign promotes as a good thing?

Yeah, I haven't heard any negative feedback from actually CT residents with regard to the slogan. Most of who I talked to quite liked it, in fact.

I like the slogan too, but what if we could pose as political opponents and make a contrived issue out of it in order to generate media attention.
