The pictures look great Bruno! How long will the one in Iowa (billboard) be up for??

Thanks, but I can't take any credit for the design, it was a designer that has worked through AdamT and RevPAC for other billboards.

It started at midnight this morning, and runs for all three locations through midnight the night of the January 3rd caucuses.

Check out the OP in my thread, I just added new daytime pics of all locations.

So then QUIT! Jeeez, Go over to the romney camp and give them a helping hand. I can see why you show banned under your screen name. It sure sounds like you're a quitter. Relocated from the enlightened north? If not then go follow your own advice and make some phone calls.

I'll put up half for a billboard. Anybody else want the other half? Show me the contract and I'll write a check. That's for DADE Cnty. What about Broward, Palm Beach and the Pensacola area? Show me the billboard contract and I'll make a donation to every one of them.

QFT and +rep

I guess maybe the 16 SOLID votes I got on Christmas Eve in the neo-con hornet's nest Panhandle area don't mean shit then. That number is now 22.

As someone else said earlier-GTFO out of Florida threads if all you say is we can't win it(sound familiar?). This is not just about votes anymore, this is about the message for me(and votes, I realize Florida is indeed a stretch, but no reason to just give it up-IA and NH have not voted yet.).

Florida is entirely capable of having wildfires(on liberty) like anywhere else, it is up to us on the ground to make sure the rain(ZanZbar and the like) does not put them out.

+ rep for actually winning hearts and minds (to steal a phrase for the cause of true liberty)

Why not focus your attention where it matters instead of squandering it where it doesn't matter?

Why not let people vote with their own dollars, as is the American way? If people want to spend their money on X, they should be able to do so.

I've said it many times: Don't squash grassroots enthusiasm. You do more harm than good, it pushes more people away than it draws in.

Please show some studies that billboards or any other type of new media advertising is completely ineffective. Maybe that would be more helpful than opinions.

Why does the campaign tweet? Why do they use Facebook? Have those been "proven, tried, and tested" ways of getting people to the polls? Both media didn't hardly exist last election cycle, and now it is all the rage for campaigns.

The digital billboard in Des Moines is up and running, and will create 380,000 impressions this week. People passing through town and from all over the country will see them. Who knows what the trickle-down effect from that might be for the $3000 investment? Free press from it is always a possibility as well, having local media do a story on a local supporter doing something creative.

I've received dozens of letters from Rand and Ron trying to get my support, when they have already had it for four years and I am precinct captain. Why does the campaign continue to spend (or squander, as you say) money on supporters who are already 100% behind them?

Having all our neighbors on the side of liberty is where all of our attention should be.

You see, unlike you-I realize this is no longer about just winning an election. The writing is on the wall. Patriot Act. NDAA. It is important for ALL OF US to keep spreading the message of liberty. I sleep much better at night knowing most of my neighborhood not only supports Ron Paul-but everything he stands for.

You just don't get it. I don't have a phone anymore because I donated that money to Ron Paul, so I can not call for him. So it then goes without saying, I can not travel to IA or NH to knock on doors. This is what I can do-and I'm doing it.

Its amusing how you cherry-picked my quote(which you also didn't bother following, either).

Got it?

You can rest assured that Ron, even if he does not win, requires a good strong showing in Florida to remain a top-tier candidate. Otherwise, Iowa will be dismissed, and New Hampshire will be dismissed (even if we win over Romney). We still need to show very well in states that we don't get a single delegate from. We are entering the time where we cannot contribute time or money to other states as much. My attention is not "squandered."

It would seem, though, that hovering around waiting for threads talking about organizing and gaining votes in Florida... so you can *tsk *tsk at us and tell us how silly we are, seems like squandering your time. I realize you have multiple personalities now, but set them to good use, mmkay?

Of course. But it is incumbent upon those who have knowledge to share it with others. Persuading people to use their resources wisely is important.

I've said it many times: Don't squash grassroots enthusiasm. You do more harm than good, it pushes more people away than it draws in.
No, I'm not squashing grassroots enthusiasm, on the contrary I'm promoting it! But I am promoting it in the most effective manner possible to help Ron win.

Are ANY campaigns across the country running billboards right now?

It's marketing 101.

And congrats BTW on your new delivery

6 more days till the deadline of the project, please help keep it bumped and spread it around! Thanks!

Being from Florida, I have to agree. Paul polls terribly down here, and a bunch of the people here are transplanted Northeasterners.

Nice try, but Paul polls much higher in the Northeast than he does in the Southeast. It's your natives that are the problem.

Btw, Ron saw one of the Des Moines billboards on his way into town for the veteran's rally. Hope he sees yours in FL, too!

That is awesome! I hope he can see ours down here to!! I just hope they don't steal the Iowa Caucus from him.. The attacks where full on today in the interviews with him.

I received an email from the sarasota republican party advising a visit from one of the other candidates. My reply was as follows:
Not only is it Ron Paul or nobody, if the republican party doesn’t wake up and do the right thing soon such as support Dr Paul and the Ron Paul movement, I shall personally work to help any group that works to deny the republicans what they want the most, an election win, local, state and federal. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Doesn't look like they're waking up so let's get it on!
