South Carolina Presidential Primary Election Results: Trump wins

Republican voters in South Carolina voted to nominate former President Donald Trump, preferring him over former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. The state has 50 delegates at stake. As a former governor of the state, Haley had hoped to parlay her success in twice winning elections there to propel her over Trump. But his popularity proved insurmountable.

Two Democratic voters in Columbia told NBC News today that they voted for Haley in the Republican primary — partially to stop Trump.

“It’s important to me to keep Trump out of office again,” said Kelly Poindexter, adding: “Any Democrat should be out here.”

Another voter, Shelby King, told NBC News, “I usually vote Democratic, but today I voted for Nikki because I think she’s the best candidate. We’ve got to have somebody that’s inclusive and not restrictive.”

Asked whether it’s more important to her as a Democrat to re-elect Biden or prevent Trump for getting back in the White House, Poindexter said, “I think it’s more important right now to stop Donald Trump.”

Asked about the South Carolinians voting for Trump in today’s primary, King said, “I don’t understand it.”

The big race in California is for Senator. The disgusting POS Adam Schiff is the frontrunner. California is open primary, so the top two go to the general. Democrats are running ads to push the lesser known Republican to split the Republican vote so that the general election will be between two Democrats.

Why do you think they, one, won't let anyone primary the incompetent, senile molester, and two, are using the MSM to advertise (for the first time in MSM history) that people are voting in the primaries of the party they don't favor just to jack with the process?

Actually, ranked choice would be better. That way you could make a second choice. We don't have ranked choice. Instead, it is literally the top two from the primary go to the general. Quite often, the general election is only two Democrats, no other choices. It's a way to lock up the state for the Democrats. You can "protest" vote in the primary (Libertarian for example), but not the general.

The reason is because Biden's puppet masters have been working very hard to make the vast majority of the country hate him. Whatever the reason for that is (I theorize it's so we'll demand Trump be installed for life and elections be ended forever) they've obviously invested a lot in this psyop. Biden has a role in it--an important one.

And Democrats openly meddling in GOP primaries helps piss the latter off, killing two birds with one stone.

That is correct. Quite convenient for the Democrat Party, and also the Republican Party if they can come in second.

The only time you might have a third party candidate would be a race with only a single popular Democrat candidate, and the Republicans don't even bother to field a candidate.
