Sarah Palin: "They can spend it better than the government".

She is about as far from Ron Paul as we can get.

She just wants to use the government as socialism for corporations, and then distract us with anti-gov plattitudes when it comes to using the gov for anyone else.
 
Absolutely not. Even if Palin were even a quarter as libertarian as Ron Paul, it's morally and politically impossible to cast a vote for this woman. You cannot vote for Palin without voting for that other monster she is attached to on the ticket.

I can't believe there are still people here entertaining the idea of supporting McCain through this woman. What more does she have to do? Say she'll fight Russia, Iran, Pakistan, create a Patriot Act III, and use FEMA to confiscate your weapons? Somehow, I suspect if she openly said even this, there would still be those who try to tell us "but she's the closest thing we'll ever get to a libertarian!"

Sometimes I think some Ron Paul supporters are on the border of bigotry or even worse than Obama supporters.
Did she ever say "War with Russia"? You guys are crazy. She answered the hypothetical question about NATO nation being attacked. Gibson asked her if Georgia was a NATO member and Russia attacks her. She just repeated the article in NATO treaty. What else she can say.
Being a Ron Paul supporter, I'm glad that I have not turned into a laughing stock to the world.

To even support NATO is ridiculous for anyone in this country.

Citing NATO rules is like killing a baby with a club and quoting a manson line. It doesn't make it right.

This is another example of Ron Paul supporters (ill-informed). Gibson misquoted her (talking about yellow journalism). She said "we have to keep praying that there is a plan, and it is God’s plan." She has never said the Iraq war was a God's plan.
