i approve of this thread. If she has a pair, she'll back Ron right now. What is she waiting for? Perry, Santorum, Bachmann don't have a shot.

I agree that the chances of Sarah Palin endorsing Ron Paul are next to nil. Which is too bad, because as others have mentioned, that fact is, Sarah Palin has a HUGE fan base of sheeple, registered republicans who will vote for anyone she endorses, including Ron Paul.

She will endorse Mitt right after IA. Mitt is always the safest bet for people like Sarah. Ron is too 'fringe' for them, and Newt has too much baggage to take a chance on and makes you look worse, and so they always fall back to Mitt, since he has no baggage and has the whole 'presidential image' thing going. Yea, sure, he has been back and forth several times on many social issues, and doesn't seem to have a single ounce of core principles, but unfortunately, her sheep following is ignorant to most of that.

She is a follower of likely "winners", not a leader. After all, she did run with McCain in 2008.

There's risk involved with Mitt's endorsement as well. What if Ron becomes the nominee? Or POTUS? What shall she do? Where would she work? A PR job at Mittens fund?

Even if Mitt becomes the nominee, Obama will eat him for breakfast, and then who needs her at Fox?

Her main talent is to be able to express people's will. And taking hits for that. Now, people are scared, they are against the establishment. So people are against Mitt who is same ole, same ole, and he is the establishment.

If she supports him, she is done. She will have no weight.

And she will lose her soul.

The sad fact of the matter is that Sarah Palin is only "rouge" by circumstance, not by choice.
She is a scapegoat who made the best of a bad situation and came out the better for it.
That doesn't mean she isn't still looking out for #1.
I wouldn't hold my breath for her to pick sides until a clear winner is emerging...
