The keystone will be built. Most of it already is. It's just the northern portion that remains and it will be built. And many Bernie supporters will benefit from the keystone.
He also said he would get out of the Paris deal while at the same time attacking environmentalists; without going into the logistics over why he will not be able to actually do that, taking a position like that is a major deal breaker for Bernie supporters. They would rather back Clinton than support a GW denier.
