In this video, I discuss a recent case out of the city of Chicago where a mother of 7 was sucker punched by a repeat offender with at least 13 similar instances in his criminal history that he essentially got free passes on.

Chicago mother knocked out by career criminal in a random attack last month is only now getting news coverage.
Kathleen Miles was walking home from work when William Livingston, a career criminal with at least 12 arrests since 2012 for battery or aggravated assault, randomly attacked her.
She suffered several broken bones in her face, a black eye, and a concussion.
The same news station actually interviewed two women in 2022 who said Livingston attacked them, along with two others.
Once again, a violent offender was let back onto the streets, only to harm someone else. Still, activists and many Democratic leaders insist that locking up dangerous individuals is inhumane and racist, even when public safety continues to suffer as a result.

NEW: Just-released chilling video footage—previously withheld from the public by Chicago officials—shows the brutal “Loop Puncher” attack on an Illinois mother that took place two months ago.
The video captures Kathleen Miles walking home from work with a friend when she is randomly assaulted by William Livingston, a career criminal with more than a dozen prior arrests since 2012 for battery and aggravated assault.
Livingston can be seen running, placing himself between two women and punching Miles without warning, knocking her to the ground. Disturbingly, he remained at the scene, casually watching her lie unconscious in the street as bystanders rushed to help. The footage, which lasts over 10 minutes, shows Livingston calmly observing the aftermath of his attack.
Miles sustained multiple facial fractures, a black eye, and a concussion.
Records show that Livingston has a long history of similar violent attacks. Despite repeated arrests, he has benefited from progressive policies that downgraded felony charges to misdemeanors and from lenient rulings by activist judges—allowing him to be released time and time again to reoffend, targeting women.
