Yes, the obvious solution to alcoholism is getting rid of gambling casinos. And obviously, banning a good never creates black markets or just increases the demand for such a good. Man, why didn't I study economics in Moscow?

YES! Of course it was. Russia isn't exactly a temple of honesty and transparency. Not that the US is, but Russia is a step into a dark underground dungeon (at least in my mind. lol). The mafia surely handed down this one.
