I know you /sarc, but some of the great landmark accomplishments in libertarian/classical liberal thought have been achieved by Russians. Yevgeny Zamyatin, Leo Tolstoy, to name a few. (Many of their works were banned during the Soviet era of course, but the point is still legit)

If you ever get a chance to chat with a Russian casually, they have mouths as foul or moreso than typical 'Muricans. Russian pop/rock more or less mirrors Western stuff-same genres and all that.
