Rush Limbaugh just said Romney will and should pick Rand Paul for VP

If Rush likes it it must be a bad idea.

Still, the more power Ron Paul gets the better Rand Paul's (and those State and Federal politicians who have come out in support of Ron Paul's Presidential campaign) political future becomes.

This is the main reason I don't think Ron Paul would ever go third party, he would leave those who are coming after him in the Republican Party picking up the pieces of his broken influence in the GOP.

As we have already seen in Iowa and Nevada, Ron Paul Republicans are gaining control now, and in 2 to 4 years could easily be the majority in the Republican Party with the hard core neocons kicked back to the Democrats.

If mitt is the nominee there is no doubt that Rand will be the first one offered the veep position. I'd be willing to bet mitt has already called Rand. If you notice, Rand has changed his rhetoric lately. Not in a sell out type of way, but certainly has sounded very partisan.

Rush has been pushing this Paul/Romney merger all morning. Did anyone hear the caller who said that Romney opposes the Patriot Act?

They are using this to double up on their smears of both Romney and Paul.

Rockwell said today that all this shit is the latest trick from the Establishment to weaken our resolve. Don't give in!

Rockwell said today that all this shit is the latest trick from the Establishment to weaken our resolve.

So the establishment beamed their mind-control rays into Rand Paul's noggin, to have him say that being considered for the position of Vice President in a Republican administration would be an honor?

^ Since everyone affiliated with the campaign in any way denies that there is an alliance between the two I would say that the perpetuation of this "rumor" is done to make us feel like Ron has possibly sold out which is proven here by the need to create 30 different threads about the same topic and every single one is filled with the same people discussing the pros/cons of a hypothetical scenario.

there are days when rush limbaugh sounds like a complete and total idiot
and then there are days when rush limbaugh picks up on mitch mcconnell's
gameplan at cpac somewhat. if it is looking like a good idea to rush limbaugh
and we have yet to see how gov. mitt romney does on supertuesday, if we
do very well in less than 2 weeks, will FoxTv run with this non-stop 24/7?

Sometimes I think you guys don't actually want to win. In the long run I mean. Power and influence is the only way to win. Yes, we should all support Ron. We should do everything we can to get him elected. But if we lose, we should position ourselves in the best way possible to have influence into the future. That is NOT accomplished for calling people traitors when they try to do exactly that.

Bunch of idiots. I swear.

Sincerely,

Slutter McGee
