US State Dep is denying the rumors that sanctions are being planned but it may be too soon to know for sure. Going by recent signs, administration of Barack Hussein Obama could very well be getting ready to put economic sanctions on the table against the violent mideast apartheid that has been stealing land from people of other races while spunging off billions of dollars from US tax payers every year:

US dispels fears over Israel sanctions

By JPOST.COM STAFF

Article's topics: Barack Obama, Phillip Crowley, Robert Woods, Syria, George Mitchell

The US State Department rebuffed speculation that the administration of President Barack Obama was considering imposing economic sanctions against Israel in order to prevent it from continuing West Bank settlement construction.

Spokesman Phillip Crowley told reporters on Thursday that remarks made by deputy spokesman Robert Wood earlier this week had been "misinterpreted."

Asked at a press briefing on Tuesday whether the US was considering putting financial pressure on Israel to get it to comply with US demands, Wood had said: "It's premature to talk about that."

"What we're trying to do," he had said, "is to create an environment which makes it conducive for talks to go forward."

Washington summons Israel envoy over East Jerusalem eviction

By Barak Ravid, Haaretz Correspondent

Tags: State Department

Washington issued another diplomatic protest over Israeli conduct in East Jerusalem on Monday, its second in as many weeks.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman summoned Michael Oren, Israel's ambassador to Washington, to tell him that the United States views Sunday's eviction of two Palestinian families from homes in East Jerusalem's Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood as a "provocative" and "unacceptable" act that violates Israel's obligations under the road map peace plan.

In your view, how far would Obama go to stop them from building settlements on arab land?

No wonder Obama support in holy land has fallen to single digits, they have strated to draw not so funny Obama cartoons:

If showdown between Obama and settler extremists escalated, would Obama go as far as this?

U.S. had emergency plan for attacking Israel in 1967

By Amir Oren, Haaretz Correspondent

For some time, the United States had had an emergency plan to attack Israel, a plan updated just prior to the 1967 war, aimed at preventing Israel from expanding westward, into Sinai, or eastward, into the West Bank.

Israelis are murders and monsters. Everyday you let them continue to kill others is another day closer to them killing you.

While there are many violent, immoral freaks there who consider it their birth right to force people out of their homes to realize some medieval extremist mythology, there are also some common sense people in Israel who oppose such policies. This is today's editorial of Israel's largest paper:

Editorial / Israel must allow evicted Arab families to return home

By Haaretz Editorial

The eviction of two Palestinian families from their homes in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, in order to replace them with Jewish families, predictably sparked harsh condemnations. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urged the government to refrain from such actions, which she described as "provocative."

Sweden, which holds the European Union's rotating presidency, asserted that the evictions were illegal, while UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Robert Serry said they were violations of both the Geneva Conventions and Israel's obligations under the road map peace plan.

The sight of the evicted Palestinian families, who had lived in these houses for decades, paints Israel in the world's eyes as a country that maintains a cruel regime of occupation, oppresses the weak and strives to create political facts in the disputed city under the guise of the "rule of law."

But for all its importance, this international criticism is not what makes the eviction of these families completely unacceptable. A democratic state that strives for peace and justice simply has no right to uproot families who became refugees in 1948.

Made in America

You are responsible. You made the guns and the tanks and the bullets and ships and then you sent them to Israel to kill innocent people. You did. You reading this right now. It is your country. You are such cowards you kill others with your cowardess by not doing what is right in your own country.

Ofcourse we are reposible for our plicies like any other country. Point is that our holy land policy seem to have started a shift for the better even if it isn't enough yet. If US did put sanctions on this oppressive regime, it would be a major paradigm shift in symbolism..even though some may content that paradigm has shifted already following Iraqi freedom war and recent economic crisis at home; many many people are now open to cutting off aid to this dangerous parasite regime and its corrupt lobbying agents here.

I would reframe the question.
How far would Israel go if he did impose economic sanctions.

If sanctions came with ban on US religio-racial extremists donations for settlements building, that would probably mean death of apartheid regime there. Israel is not in a bargaining position here and we would likely see a Palestinian race person elected as PM of Israel soon after aid is cut off.

This photo showing on google arb news page may be bit biased, but there is bound to be some violent opposition considering past behavior of fanatics:

What does it matter?

Israel is an entangling alliance we should not be a part of that the forefathers warned us about, we should give them no aid or weapons, and let them do whatever they wish without our help, so long as they are not a threat to the USA.
