I think this question may have served 2 purposes.

1.) To prove that McCain knows nothing about economic pollicy.
2.) Maybe there is something here that we should be paying more attention to.

Looks like I've got some more reading to do....

Yes it was a very curious question. And mccain answers it by saying he would use the
good people around him as resources... which is just another way of saying "I have
no idea what your talking about"... or I suppose "I realllly don't want to answer that"

i thought it was an excellent question, and mccain fumbled. But ron could of delivered it with more convidence

We learned another important tidbit:

McCain is the only one who believes in "more sunshine" :)

I dont remember the exact question... something about letting the people know more about the purpose and function of the group of people that advise the president on the stock market ... and also "government investments"

Thanks for the link to a commercial ... i'll wait for the youtube link .... anyone got it yet....?

An article that is very important to this threads topic.

Two Points to The Corner [Kathryn Jean Lopez]

From our friends at the "Club for Greed":

1) When Ron Paul asked McCain his obscure question, McCain said he would consult with, among others, the Concord Coalition—the same group that declared Linc Chafee the most fiscally conservative Senator TWICE! That’s reassuring.

2) McCain said he won a majority of the Republican vote in NH and SC—not so. He didn’t even win a plurality. He lost the Republican vote by a hair in both states to the second place Republican. So much for straight talk.

Unfortunately it went right over the heads of people here also so I am sure it did not have the desired affect with the sheeple.

It just goes to show that Paul is always on his game and knows far more about everything than all of them combined. For McCain, it's all sunshine, lollipops and of course WAR. I hate that war mongering IDIOT.

I'm hoping the senior citizens understood Ron's stance on SS and realize how this would benefit them better than the alternatives.
