RPF Valentine's Thread!

I met my wife (of two years) a little over 3 years ago. Today would be our 4th Valentine's Day together......

about a month ago she said she regretted getting married, and moved out.
about a week ago she said she wanted a divorce.

I'm super bummed.

I hate to hear that , I feel for you , you ever get near Central or Southern Indiana , let me know a week in advance , drinks on me .

Just picked up the most important lady in my life up. She doesn't even know what valentines day is, but she knows I love her more than anything else on earth I hope she loves her daddy just as much...

She turns 1 next month!!!

She knows . Mine turned 23 this month .

Just met the current lady-friend last month. It's our first V-day together. She's in CA right now, which is a bummer-but we keep in touch pretty well. It's early yet-I may post more in here later. Nice thread, OP.

Awwww Nikki.... It is our pleasure to leave our home open to folks who were once just fellow activists but are now close friends and members of our extended family. I'm really sorry to hear this. I do know of relationships that have gone through a stage like this and with counseling repaired the problems and started over again. I don't know exactly what your situation is but going to a retrouvaille retreat or counseling may help if you feel like there could be something to salvage buried under the anger/resentment, etc.
