I'm losing some R's to the argument that we have thwarted over 40 terrorist plots due to the Patriot Act. They fear the McVeigh outcome.
I hope Ron Paul lays down all the details and gives real examples of abuses of the Patriot Act and how we can stop terrorism without it. He needs to address this on his website in bold fashion -- just like his economic plan.
He simply needs to paint the picture of what a Ron Paul USA looks and how we'd respond to any future attempts/attacks. What would the world look like? How would we stop terrorist attacks before they happen (any examples before the Patriot Act besides McVeigh)?
Don't kid yourself; there will still be attacks on the US. Emotions from 40 years of meddling doesn't go away overnight.
Ron Paul, please lay it all out for us and inspire us to become that America. I'd love to share the article/speech to everyone I know over the holidays.
