Ron to talk to teaparty gathering - looks like it will be live streamed at CNN

The question I have is why they didn't allow him to speak at his allotted time. To me, that is a huge fail on the tea party convention organizers part, not Paul. If you tell someone a certain time, you need to abide by it. Don't do what they did and then get mad when that person has to leave for another engagement because you refused to give the person the allotted time. Those tea party organizers need to get their act together.

Libertarian rule #1: I will do all that I agree to do (KEEP THE SCHEDULE ON TIME.)
Libertarian rule #2: I will not encroach on other people (THEY ENCROACHED ON RON PAUL'S TIME.)

He had a schedule, they didn't keep it. It would be very impolite to the other group to show up late or miss it because someone else couldn't keep their word.
Exactly, treat the cause not the symptom.

..And what if Paul did get his speaking time? What if he had gone over his time 2-3 minutes and they pushed him off the stage? We would be outraged.

The point is the Paul campaign knew the time interval between the two events. 3:45/4:30 is a very short time span, especially when it takes about 15-20 minutes to get the the event and prepare..

Paul has been off the campaign trail for nearly four days, and just came back yesterday. People are going to think we have poor organization, and frankly I see it. And don't say I'm trying to troll because I want to win this thing as bad as some of you do.. But frankly our Tea Party support in NH was atrocious, and we need to target them more in SC if we want to compete. Yes, the polls have us surging but still.

You can't confirm going to one event at 3:45 and make another one at 4:30. And frankly you cant expect to speak at all events on the exact time, sometimes you need a 2/4 minute time span to wait.

The apologists are out in full force today and refuse to call blunders when they see it. Now that is the real trolling to me.

Now this next event will go over time, so Paul wouldn't have been late after all!!

Yup, this.

Ain't that the truth? We need to be calling out the campaign on things like this. We've invested money and sweat into this as well.

SCHEDULES are meant to be kept. If not, why even have a SCHEDULE.

Ron did the right thing, and the Tea Party group overstepped the boundaries of decorum.

LMAO. He listed all the candidates except Paul, and said "Only one of us didn't support the wall street bailouts. Me!"

I can't believe Santorum. He's like "Out of the candidates Perry, Romney, Gingrich. I am the only one that opposed the bailouts."
