Ron Paul's reaction to rick perry grabbing his arm photo

mods can we move all these stupid threads about this to the trash bin....kind of turning into a jerry springer event for the talk that is happening from the newbies

or merge them. The "newbie" who created this thread also created one of the best grassroots videos this election cycle. This war against "newbies" (not aimed directly at you) isn't going to help this site. The more new members, the better.

Hmm..I hadn't heard anything about this event.

Was it publicized at all?

The campaign sent emails/called people in the Los Angeles area. It was a $500 breakfast event. He took pictures and spoke for about 30 minutes before leaving.

Dick Parrot looks like an asshole in those pictures... well, because that's what assholes look like.

Here is picture I found of Rick Perry confronting yet another veteran that opposes the wars:

haha if I could say awesomeness one hundred times this would be the time lol! you guys are awesomme :D

Maybe it is just his way of saying to the Perry camp, Sorry your not all that intimidating, and whatever you had to say just wasn't substantive enough to bother with remembering.

+rep! Common folks. This has nothing to do with his age and noone in the media is going to spin it that way. Perry was probably being an ass. Ron had the choice of either repeating what Perry said and looking like a whiner or blowing this off by saying "I don't remember". Guess what he did? Has nobody ever heard the term "Forgive and forget?" Say if Perry had said "You know what Ron? FEMA camps are really and I'm going to make sure you get stuck in one!" What then? Would people really want Ron to go public with something like that?

Fox's Cameron from 2:40 on: '...Really got in his (Paul's) face..' 'Perry really gave Paul an earfull last night!'

I posted this in response to someone on facebook, but I agree with the intimidation comments.

I feel it's unquestionable that Perry's "Don't Mess with Texas"esque machismo is part of his charm, so for Paul to laugh off the situation and say it was no big deal and it wasn't anything worth remembering might neutralize the perception that he's this soft spoken old man, while showing he's not bothered by Perry AND at the same time prevents this meme from possibly defining his campaign in a bad way.

Cameron said "We may never know what was said"... so, he is one FOX commentator making up shit the matches his own agenda and personal opinion. So, his comments basically mean nothing.

And, the word O'Riddlin was looking for was "Magnanimity" not Magnimity... language problems, eh?
