Ah yes, they are so desperate to keep us from snagging those 3rd and 4th place finishes. This lady was crude, but she has a point. But you keep voting in those online polls, it will turn into a victory someday, or........you could actually start looking to House/Senate seats and try to atleast get us a few Liberty candidates in there to speak out against future spending and "Homeland Security" legislation.
-1. I vote in the few polls brought to my attention. My enthusiasm for finding them after a debate has decreased and only when they get a top-posted thread am I going to see them. However, I see fewer threads of that nature. Ron Paul still does well in these polls with little thanks to me. I doubt others here feel much differently. If you have a problem with them (or more likely, you have a problem supporting Ron Paul as your posting suggests), your problem should be with the polls, not the results. Hate the game, not the player.
Did you expect someone to get a prize or hold an office after winning these? No, so why act like an a-hole as if anybody else did? Winning the polls is about publicity and clearly it works otherwise Ron Paul would be ignored even more so (the Yahoo author doesn't even have a new or original point here). These polls indicate that the internet hard-news savvy are more likely to be Ron Paul fans. Sadly, this group is too small and not yet sufficiently representative of the voting polulace.
And stop trolling the forums! You can't turn every Ron Paul thread into "Fuck this - let's promote house/senate seats!". Somebody should ban you.
