Ron Paul's Foreign Policy: Defend America, Declare our Wars

Or something to that extent. He needs a sound bite or an ad really focusing on this.

Keep it simple and talk about the big issue of defending our own borders, not some other countries. And of following the constitution and declaring any war that is truly necessary. That's impossible for someone to disagree with. Talking blowback, terrorists, Israel, etc seems to lose people. Those finer points take time to explain.

We'd have the entire country voting Ron Paul if we get past the foreign policy issues. We've made it a long way, I remember back in 2007 when abolishing the fed and the idea of no federal income tax were unspeakable and ridiculous.

Now the talking heads in the media seem to be on board save their last sticking point of Foreign Policy. Keep up the good work people!

I agree too. I dont think people would have a problem with his fp if it wasnt for all the fear mongering. Not his fault but it has to be addressed...

He needs to repeat the answer he gave to Mickelson about the Panama Canal. I don't see how anyone could argue with how he represented his foreign policy in that instant.

i agree, this seems to be the one issue holding many people back. since he is now showing good in Iowa-NH polls, most people have dropped the "unelectable" mime. now they are left with "foreign policy" and "third party" issues. media is doing everything it can to misrepresent his sane foreign policy issues. he needs to have a plan just like the Restore America Now plan giving details of what he intends to do - and how he will keep america safe. this needs to be done soon .

If someone is so paranoid of outside attackers that they need a detailed plan of a military defense strategy to sooth their fears, surely they would have thought that revealing said plan in a public document would help those boogeyman they fear to prepare an offensive strategy to counter it.
