his campaign has dedicated itself to a "delegate strategy" whereby supporters exploit arcane party rules to secure Tampa delegate slots,

Ah, no. We don't exploit we follow the rules. Their rules.

Wonder if the RNC will change their rules drastically after this election to prevent future Ron Pauls to have even a remotely remote chance.

thats why planking fights and rules fights pave the way for thomas massie or justin amash or glen bradley to potus run in addition to senator rand!

500? My count is 241, but there are 489 yet to be elected.

That is arguably exploiting. Exploitation isnt a negative word althoits been made out that way by cultural marxists.

I'm not entirely sure what else they could other then dictating there be more States following either the Unit Rule or proportional allocation.
Unit Rule states could be rallied against by non-Ron Paul supporters as well, in my opinion, so they could end up hurting themselves ever so slightly.

I do see this election cycle as a blow to direct caucus states however. Maybe not so much in States where Paul supporters are at the helm, but in states where Romney and Santorum supporters feel they were robbed, leadership could easily rally the troops to make such a change an important issue.

I was thinking they could kill off rules like delegates being able to unbind
