Why aren't we doing this on May 4th instead? This way Ron has a final tally to brag about at the debate. If it's a good enough money bomb it might fill the headlines the day of the debate, giving Ron a strong headwind.

This was already discussed at length, and agreed upon by a majority of RPF users in a previous thread. May 5 will be the moneybomb.

so if you love this country, look into Ron's stance

i think the hope is for ron to mention it during the debates and the interviews before/after the debate in order to get more attention to the money bomb and make more money.

Plus, the day after the debates when all the news programs will be discussing them, they will say how much total he raised and then probably play some of his quotes.

Also, they should link to C4L and encourage people to become Local Coordinators ($35 dues)

The RSVP numbers went from 1,700-something to 2,100-something in just the few hours I was gone tonight....so something on here must have really worked, because before, after it reached 1,000 it was only climbing at a rate of like 30 per day.

I know there are several advertising pushes out there including the one on this forum.

The latest massive jump was cause because senor gage convinced the guy who runs the Ron Paul 2012 facebook page to post the moneybomb on his page again. It is tremendously helpful. Now if we can just get Jesse to post it on Ron's page.

Agreed. That Ron Paul page with 320,000 fans is the jackpot for this moneybomb. If we can't send them invites (which I'm still convinced we could) then whoever runs it needs to post about 10 reminders to join the moneybomb over the next 3 weeks

So are all the funds that have been raised through LibertyPAC going to be transferred to his official account when he announces, or what?

Another thing - I made mini-handouts that include the key information - date, event, url, rsvp - of the moneybomb. Just the info and a slogan, very short and simple. Five fit on each page, so they're easy to print cut apart, which is a lot cheaper than printing mass copies of one-page-each flyers. I already have two people on here who are bringing 2,000 copies to Ron Paul events; if anyone else wants them to use, send me a PM with your email and I'll send them to you. Or, make your own. And hand them out at RP events, tea party rallies, Libertarian events etc where the majority of attendees will be RP supporters.
