If anyone complains about RP being to old point them out to this atrticle:

71-year-old Japanese mountain climber Katsusuke Yanagisawa rests on his way to climbing the summit of Mount Everest to become the oldest person to scale it, on Monday, May 21, 2007. Yanagisawa, a retired junior high school teacher from central Japan, was 71 years, 2 months and 2 days old when he reached the 8,850-meter (29,035-foot) peak on May 22, becoming the oldest Everest climber and beating the previous record set last year by another Japanese climber, Takao Arayama, who was aged 70 years, 7 months and 13 days.

but to be old is not always to be wise.

to be wise when you get old you must first be young and stupid

He seems to be in much better shape than McCain or Fred Thompson. Also, both of them and Giuliani have had or currently have cancer.

McCain is actually a year younger than Paul.

We are living in a time of people living longer and healthier lives, and I'd rather have an elder statesman than a graying frat boy from a political dynasty any day of the week.

When I look at Ron Paul, I don't see an old man.
