I can't confirm this as to how Nevada's delegates are to be released, but according to this article, Ron Paul won Nevada since Romney dropped out.

Don't they have to have their state GOP convention first?

So much talk is always focused on vote counts.

It is the number of delegates at the state GOP convention that determines who Nevada delegates will vote for on the first ballot in Minneapolis.

Our Nevada people are great. If any state can carry a state GOP convention I would have to say Nevada has a chance. Why not ask in the Nevada forums for the real deal on Romney delegates?

I think that many of them are far from accepting of McCain and can be swung.
