***RON PAUL WANTS a MARCH ON WASHINGTON***

Loyalty Day May 1st puts us at 3 months out yet school is still in.

Purpose.— Loyalty Day is a special day for the reaffirmation of loyalty to the United States and for the recognition of the heritage of American freedom.

July 4th puts us at 5 months out but school is out.

Hell of an idea, just what the doctor ordered for this country. 5 million patriot march on DC. I'd say pull this together on the 4th. Plenty of time and should be massive.

Count me in!

the shot heard round the world. The opening volley of the Revolution that bought American Freedom. April 19th 1775 - the first battle, and the first American victory in the fight for freedom.

This is what I have been saying...it should be the day.

May Day....May 1st? It's basically a well known political protest day.

In 1958, President Eisenhower designated May 1 as both Law Day and Loyalty Day.

Just tossing a date out:
August 1st,
The eve of 7/31-8/1 is the pagan holiday Lammas which traditionally is when you reap what you have sown for the previous year, in a karmic sense. For many it has greater significance than Samhain which most of you know as Halloween.

Also August would give us a lot of time to plan and organize busses and stuff.

Catholic Voter Says...

No on March 21st....Good Friday...The day Jesus died...Not a good idea.

Those advocating for July 4th need to realize that there will be fireworks on the mall that evening and many many people come out for the entire day.

Not a good day to do it. I doubt the permits would even be granted for that day for this.

This is what I've been waiting for all this time. A chance to make our message clear to the rest of the world.

I am most definitely coming. We MUST do this. Our last stand.

I think April 19th

This is what I have been saying...it should be the day.

On April 19, 1775, British and American soldiers exchanged fire in the Massachusetts towns of Lexington and Concord. On the night of April 18, the royal governor of Massachusetts, General Thomas Gage, commanded by King George III to suppress the rebellious Americans, had ordered 700 British soldiers, under Lieutenant Colonel Francis Smith and Marine Major John Pitcairn, to seize the colonists' military stores in Concord, some 20 miles west of Boston.

A system of signals and word-of-mouth communication set up by the colonists was effective in forewarning American volunteer militia men of the approach of the British troops. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem "Paul Revere's Ride" tells how a lantern was displayed in the steeple of Christ Church on the night of April 18, 1775 as a signal to Paul Revere and others.

If school for kids or work day matters that much....... something is wrong, take a personal holiday or 2, call in sick, take vacation but good grief, what could be more important.

I'll be there whenever it is, midweek, weekend, cold, freezing, raining, hot and humid.

This is about FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

He said 3-4 months, please do NOT plan it any earlier than that.

Many of us will need to completely free up at least 3 days to make it to this. The more time to prepare the higher our turnout will be.

I really think this needs to happen as soon as possible! July is too late! School is out at different times in different places. Leave kids with familiy or just take them on a fun trip, even with the miss a few days of school! Dr. Paul said very soon. It really need to hapen no later then April

Taking personal days is no problem for me, my 2 year old daughter being part of the Revolution in the cold, freezing, raining is...

I guess I could go by myself, but what fun is that? My daughter is in love with Dr. Paul... She was banging her toy drum the other day singing "I like Ron Paul" over and over again.. And everytime I'm on this site she's pointing at the top banner saying "Look Daddy, it's Ron Paul!"
