Kelly's chances at the moment are low, she really needs about $50,000 in campaign funds to mount a credible attack on the most likely Communist, er, Democrat opponent.

That said, she's proven she's willing to do what it takes to get pro-liberty people elected. Given that the NH Senate only makes $100/year (ie, it's basically a volunteer position) she's really putting her whole life into this effort, with only a voice for freedom as a possible reward.

God bless you, Kelly.... you're one of the good ones.

There are about 60 RP candidates running for one office or another in the NH legislature.

NH is Ron Paul country!

I heard elsewhere that there were approx. 40 running.
Depends on how you count them. 30+ would self-identify as "Ron Paul supporters"
Another 30+ would use other words to describe themselves ("Goldwater Republican", "small-government conservative", "libertarian", "Jeffersonian democrat") but are definitely on our side.

Maybe after we have a majority of the House, Senate and a sympathetic Governor. :p
We don't need a majority in the House -- most of the key votes are split, Dems vs. Republicans, with a few dozen votes swinging the result either way. We could quite conceivably be the critical swing-vote block if even half of "our" people get elected.

As for Governor, you may or may not be aware, the previous Governor of NH officially welcomed the Free Staters:
