Err... Didn't RP want to abolish the FED at some point? And cutting the federal income tax might be included with point 1 but I don't see it mentioned explicitly.
Maybe I'm seeing things but this is irritating to me...

That's what I like to see. I'm glad Paul is starting to come out with some concrete plans. It shows that he is a real contender in this race and is actually thinking about what he might DO if he is elected. Now if only he can commission Ross Perot to produce some pie charts
