Ron Paul @ UC Berkley 4-5-12 6:30 PM !!!!

Is it late to still register as a Republican in CA? If not Paul really needs to push that or the person who will talk before Paul.

actually, it is lukewarm, but half an hour earlier than the other announcements

Is this the only 'open to the public' event he is going to have in Ca?

Berkeley!! Wow. Should be interesting to see how he will be received there and how many people turn up! Go California.

Definitely, there will be protests against Ron.......UC Berkeley is the absolute Center of the Far Radical Left.

I do hope the Campaign will hire extra security.

This is a gutsy move by Jesse Benton and John Tate....., but I completely agree!!! Personal Liberty needs to be heard even in the Capital of the Radical Far Left.

I've already got my tickets for this. I am so going to be there supporting the Good Doctor and LIBERTY! Especially in front of all the left wing socialist idiots in Berkeley. Taking teh day off work and everything :D

Oh boy this is huge! This is the man who would represent the people not the corporations or war mongers. See all the young folk? They are the future remember? Dr Paul represents the future. If the gop doesn't change real fast and help not hinder this man's fight for the Constitution and the White House the gop will become more irrelevant in the next election, and that will continue.

Seriously can not wait! Got our tickets as soon as I saw it on facebook earlier! We have a group coming over from Stockton.

Berkeley is a whacked out liberal epicenter, along with neighboring Oakland, BUT I'll bet that the student body at U.C. Berkeley is very Paul friendly. And it's a huge school. Should be an interesting gig. Occupy Oakland is not far from there.

Occupy Oakland are a bunch of thugs. I hope they stay away from Ron Paul. we don't need that kind of press.

Got my tickets..I'm there..I can see the U.C. Berkeley tower from the end of my block here in N.E. Oakland. Think I'll just take BART or the 51 bus. Screw the car.

U.C. Berkeley = Harvard = Princeton = CIA & Ford Foundation = New World Order.

April 5th SMACK DOWN in Berkeley, CA: Ron Paul vs. The New World Order!

What exactly do we hope to gain from this? Berkley?

I'm extremely confident that there are many Paul friendly students at U.C. Berkeley. Keep in mind that silicon valley is chock full of U.C. Berkeley and Stanford graduates, and these people are not necessarily ultra liberal. They are free market business and high tech gurus. These kids are here to study their living asses off in a brutally competitive environment and then move on to make a good and interesting living, not to be left-wing burn out slugs. That stereotype belongs to the non-student body in the streets around here. Remember the Google turnouts for RP in 2008? Etc. There's also a lot of first generation immigrant students at Berkeley that are very anti communist- anti dictator mentality. This will be a great gig and an important one. Spread the message! Oh, by the way, for those who have forgotten:

Interesting month. Ron Paul and Peter Schiff (he's going to talk in San Francisco in 4/10).

I'll be there at both events.

I personally don't know what to make of this. I work in the Biotech industry and many are liberals. You have to remember that educated people were educated at GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS, which mean that directly or indirectly, been brainwashed with "government is good" idea.

Case and point: People at my workplace, as brilliant as they are, give me the "who's going to build roads if government isn't around?" argument.

It'll be nice to see people with the same mindset. I feel as if I'm the only Ron Paul supporter in the Bay Area.

Planting the seed of freedom in the minds of socialist youth, very good. Either he plants the seed, or they protest against Ron and the sleeping right sees it and sympathizes with him after seeing the protests. Win win situation.
