Ron Paul to run in 2012?

Wow, I thought a 2012 run was already ruled out.
I gotta tell ya'll, as hard as I worked for 2008, it would be x 5 for 2012. I mean, in 2007 I'm an anarchist, and now I'm a f***ing republican delegate!

Oh man, I'm getting super excited thinking about campaigning for Ron Paul in 2011. I worked hard in 2007, but I'm ready to do 10x as much if he runs again. I've learned a lot in the past year or so, and I believe that the movement as a whole will be much more effective. By 2011, many more of us will be precinct committeeman, or so I hope, and our influence within the Republican Party will be much greater..

Please, Ron, run in 2012.

I like Mark Sanford. Dono if he'd have Paul as an adviser though hah. Maybe he can use peter schiff though .

Ron should be the VP.

If he does run, and some other constitutionalist Republican is also in the primaries and won the nomination -
someone that RP agrees with and who would add RP to the ticket,
that could be a decent shot at dethroning Obama/Biden.

If he runs again then he better be serious this time. He would have a good chance in 2012 I believe after 4 years of Obama, but only if he went all out. He would have to not take public financing and spend every penny that comes into his campaign to get his message of limited government and liberty out to the people. Anything less would ensure his defeat again. He would have to get 30 minute ads like Obama on before super Tuesday nation wide on all major networks. He would have to do this for the general election too. Also if he doesn't get the Republican nomination he would have to run third party. 2012 would be his absolute last chance I believe considering his age and how that would a weigh in people's minds about whether to vote for him or not.

Paul or Johnson in 2012. Though unlike 2008, I hope we have a backup or someone willing to go third party if it fails in the Republican Party again. Perhaps if Ventura is waiting in the wings or at least someone we can all coalesce around from the Libertarian or Constitution Parties.

I am worried about RP's age. He definitely seems to be healthy and kicking, but the media will give him so much crap about it. I think a better idea would be Ron running as the VP to someone like Johnson. This would give us the passion to fight like we did last year (x 10!), plus we would have less media crap to deal with.
