This is the event I've been waiting for.
Someone please tell me why we can't get 6,000 people to buy some gas, jump in a car and drive to Columbia, SC?
In 08 the media was nowhere to be found. This time they're literally knockin' each other over to get something to film.
In 08 we got 5,000 people to attend. This cycle, I haven't seen a rally that breaks 1,000. I just don't get why we're missing out on the best bang-for-buck exposure for RP in SC... a BIG CROWD.

I think attendance will be heavy this time. People are just now barely starting to actually pay attention to the primaries. Most voters don't pay attention as early as we have been doing since this summer.

I'm attending a week long seminar/workshop with other filmmakers in Coulmbia from Sunday through Friday.
In[Focus] Event
Several of us are into politics and especially Ron Paul! We're planning several trips to his stops to get footage and even have a contest that includes:
"Since the big Republican Conference will be happening at the same time, you are assured of a prize if you record any of their speakers exhorting “It Pays to Stay In[Focus]!!!”
So... we'll be there!
