Ron Paul (and possibly Rand Paul) is scheduled to appear at a fundraiser reception in Virginia on Tuesday, July 24, 2012. The fundraiser is for Kurt Bills for US Senate, who Ron Paul has endorsed.

It is also where Ron has a condo and his office. It may be his 'outsider brand' of a DC fundraiser for those he supports. If so, I wouldn't be surprised if Amash and others weren't there.

I dont think its RP's address. Looks like its the address of "David and Jo Thoburn" (???) and seems to be on display as part of the invite:

Raised like 20,000. Paul was obviously there. It was a great event
