Ron Paul, Time's person of the year. COMMENT PLEASE.

Jeezus, I couldn't watch any more than the first 3 mins of that. I don't understand all of this, "nobody could have possibly conceived of a black man becoming president" nonsense.

Maybe coming from a very racially tolerant part of the world jades me a bit, but I thought it was entirely possible, and even thought that it was "just a matter of time."

I agree. I don't understand why having a black man as President is such a big deal.

Gen. Petraeus didn't even make the list. He's pulled off something more amazing than any of those DC insiders

"a black president is a big deal" seems more racist than anything.

You're pretty much saying that we should be impressed when a black person can do something that a white person can.

Am I the only one who sees this? Or am I the racist for not seeing this as an achievement.

Thanks! That's what I was trying to say :) You're not alone.

Time magazine has to cut jobs because they dissed Ron Paul

http://www.nypost.com/seven/11192008/business/the_worst_of_time_s__for_250_139439.htm

"TIME Inc. today becomes not a publisher of magazines but of pink slips instead.

The magazine giant is expected to cut more than 250 from the payroll..."

Time magazine created a YouTube video asking who should be Time magazine's person of the year. 95% of the comments supported Ron Paul, yet they narrowed their search down and excluded Ron Paul.

If Time magazine had Ron Paul as man of the year the sales of that single issue alone could fund 250 jobs and then some.

Is there anyway we can push Douglas Melton above Obama?

Vote up Melton and vote down Obama!

It's all Liberals, Gays, Socialists, Rainbow Coalition Circus, Communists, etc, as the guess voters?

Suzy Orman stating The US consumer, "Brought Down the Entire World"

How Orman changes her tune from 2 months ago to buy everything you can in the market. Oh the Economy is going to TRUMP Obama...

Now Suzy says Don't BUY and the market is going to crash after Jan 20th!

As usual, Suzy Orman Talks faster than she thinks, if she really think...there's your HYPOCRISY!

Also, the big mouth Carpet licking liberal, stated that Sarah Palin should be president and all the men should be gone! A little bias, eh?

There's a list of 25 viable candidates. Ron Paul is not on this list. Go figure.

Maybe they will make him the Person of the Century in two years time, when they realize he is right on the economy, the Fed, the NWO and martial law. Hmm on second thoughts they probably won't.

Thank goodness for YouTube. All you have to do is show non-believers what Dr. Paul, Peter Schiff and a few others were saying in 2006 and before.

It is hard to argue against documented video evidence of people saying that we are headed for a Depression.

I think the best we can hope for out of Time is a posthumous recognition of Ron Paul's contribution to the 2nd American Revolution. It'll be in the 2030 issue ;)

I'll be 48. Yikes.

Well, what was IMO the most convincing video response nominating Ron Paul has been deleted, whether by it's author or by TIME I don't know. So now there's 28 responses, and I can't find the guy's account anymore either.

Somehow I doubt only 28 people made video responses.

It SHOULD be Obama. It will just be one more thing he has in common with Hitler.

Well ok, but I think according to the award criteria it should go to Ron Paul. I mean, he's started the revolution against top-down media control of public opinion, therefore he HAS affected the global media more than Obama who's just another media darling.
