They didn't ask him, but they picked the question. I think he dealt with it very well, though he could have done better. It's obvious enough that a highway from Mexico to Canada is not outlandish or crazy, especially when they're actually trying to build the first leg of it.

also check the houston chronicle they are documenting it well, they are SELLING our texas intersates to a private SPANISH company to operate toll roads.

THEN they have a contract with the state that says the speed limits must be 50 mph on non toll roads or they have to PAY the private company for "loss potential profits"
