Ron Paul supporters prepare for convention marathons

These state conventions are turning into marathon meetings.

Ron Paul supporters get ready! Bring lunch and dinner, bananas, gatorade, mountain mix, energy bars and be ready to outlast the old guard who will faint and go home. Bring some "easy-to-eat" stuff like a sandwich to share with the older Ron Paul supporters who don't look at the internet to come prepared. (I'm saying easy-to-eat cause a lot of oldies have false teeth and stuff & can't eat hard things like nuts & energy bars)

Bring extra batteries for your iphone so you don't run out before the end and record the shenanigans!!!!!!!

And the end part is always the best part.........when we get Ron Paul supporters elected from the parking lot! :)
 
Bring lawn chairs, a generator to keep lights going after dark, insect repellant, and for the "oldies" bring some Depends :D :o

...Oh! And bring one of those Ben Swann spotlights...

Thanks to people worldwide, hundreds of slices and water just magically appeared. We were all tired, hungry and in pain from standing. Our voices were raspy and throats hurt from yelling. The giant, YEA's and NAY's boomed through the large hall, If I live to a thousand, I'll never forget our marathon for liberty yesterday. Being prepared for lengthy battles and continuation of corrupt conventions in the parking lot is crucial. We should have brought flashlights to our convention, since the lights were dimmed to black many, many times.
 
bring some f'in common sense. Where is the ron paul campaign and the heavy hitters? It is not like they could not see this crap coming from a mile away. I am shocked that we didn't have campaign folks there? really WTF?? I mean if this is the case stop the money bombs and start raising money for the grassroots in these states and let them work the money. The blame is no longer on the gop but the ron paul campaign in my eyes. oo wait let us just pray he wins and hope for the best. What the f is going on in the neighborhood. Just call Mr Rogers. Where is the ron paul campaign state leaders? Not once in any thread did i hear one campaign name mentioned. did they skip it? That explains alot. They could of least sent cory chenard or matt holdridge?? Where is the ron paul campaign?

Unlike the movies, in the real world one must rely on self action not the mythical calvary. Just my opinion. Besides this is BIGGER than one man. Again, just my opinion.

well sorry if i sound upset i am. We are very thankful we had cory chenard and matt holdridge here to help us win colorado. I understand the whole self action. i live that part:). i just do not understand why we didn't send them or someone? from the campaign? hell we could of sent them ourselves thru rpf chipins. Sounds like we better start doing that asap. 10-30,000 dollar chipins to send the right legal folks sounds about right. Let us get a crew together and do this. grassroots folks rock but you still need the legal machine behind it.

Preach it. I'm not a Texas state delegate (conflict with an important family event), but I'm sending my precinct's delegate and my friend's precinct delegates with RRoO, reference materials, and making sure they go to delegate trainings. Hopefully this will all be for nothing and everything will just go smoothly, but you have to be prepared. And you can't wait for someone else to do what needs to be done.
 
Speciallyblend - Hindsight is 20/20, we all know this but still fall in that trap from time to time. Next this is still a young developing movement within the GOP body politic, have patients and work a plan. Your plan, the campaigns plan, a RPF plan, but keep marching on the prize. I understand bitching in the ranks is a time honored tradition, so get it out and carry on. :)

thanks, I am proud of the folks that went to convention. I just think we need to tighten up the ship and win this gop nomination. We have to destroy and expose romney and hold the gop's feet to the fire.
 
Someone should bring a bullhorn. Remember, they turn off the mics when attempting to unlawfully adjourn a convention.

If not that, know who can yell really loud and get the crowd's attention.
