I'm thinking we should seriously consider setting up a honeybomb for the state GOPs where it is established that Liberty folk are now in control.
Perhaps through a PAC we get it all to go to one account, then disperse to the various GOP orgs?

And hold it in escrow for states where the Liberty folk don't yet control the purse strings, and only turn it over after they take control officially.
