I think we should use it at the RNC.

Small elections are routinely decided by coin toss when there is a tie. It happens more than you'd think because turnout is often very low.

This happened in my district in 2008, where we ousted a McCain supporter from District chair and replaced her with a solid Ron Paul supporter. The vote tied so the County chairman came over and did a coin toss.
