This is great.

Just an fyi. I belong to Toastmasters (everyone should join, www.toastmasters.org) and good speakers don't need a sheet of paper right in front of them, many have just a card with bullet points, just as Ron is doing now.

If you are a speaker you will know that he did prepare his speech before hand, its just when you actually prepare for it then you don't need to read it from paper and only need bullet points.

It is the poor speakers who HAVE NOT rehearsed there speeches who need to read it from the paper.

Write that down.
