Politico posted this article speaking of the 2 camps in the Tea Party Movement: the libertarian camp and the social conservative camp. The libertarian camp supports Ron Paul and the social conservative camp supports Sarah Palin. The Tea Party movement is literally split down the middle between the two.
In 2012, if Ron Paul were to win the GOP primary, I doubt he would pick Palin as a running mate (look what happened to McCain in 2008; also she doesnt fit his mold of constitutional conservatism). He'd probably pick Gary Johnson, Judge Napolitano, or Peter Schiff. So the real hypothetical is, what if Sarah Palin won the 2012 primary and chose Ron Paul as her running mate.
I know everyone has very strong opinions about Palin (many of which I'm sure are negative).
But would/could you support the hypothetical Tea Party ticket of Palin/Paul in 2012?
