I think they are going from quotes. At least that is all I can come up with. That or they are playing politics....

But yeah, Bachmann's NDAA and Patriot Act votes, and all the NCLB and Patriot Act and other Bush administration votes Santorum made sure seem statist to me.

LOL! But you are probably right, and I will delete it because of the inaccurate parts now that I look at it closer. He never voted to NOT get rid of subsidies. He did vote for tax cuts.
