Ron Paul on Thom Hartmann NOW

I'm not ;) I took issue with that statement, too, though. It was more the way he said it-- like Libertarians are the ultimate blend of all that is wrong with society.

Libertarians attack Liberals. I think it only fair they get some in return... no?

so does anyone have a link of the entire interview? All I can find is them talking about the dept of education and if it's constitutional or not. The fact they actually had a conversation about the Constitution is a step above anything on mainstream tv.

Hartmann always talks about the Constitution.

Libertarians don't even agree with each other...

On what?

Here's all I can think of...

+Which dept's to cut, from 90% to 100%
+"Truth"
+God

"libertarian" liberals and authoritarian liberals disagree on issues.

That is like saying "The devil talks about the bible".

Considering the amount of death and destruction of life in the bible, I imagine the societal understanding of the devil would talk about the bible often... it has been used to destroy more than it has been used to save...

I don't know why you are laughing, I don't really think you know what you are talking about.

He is a very well read scholar and analysis of the Constitution actually...

You know, my opponents on this forum seem to think laughing in all caps proves something... I doubt you even listen to Hartmann.

Anarchist libertarians, conservative libertarians, objectivists, left-libertarians, minarchist, and anarcho capitalists all differ on many issues.

He has Bernie Sanders on on Fridays and I try to listen to him then since Bernie is my senator.

left-libertarians don't exist. The others have virtually no disagreements on policies (except whether to cut 95% of all gov't programs or 100%).

I don't want my label bastardized/confused any more then it already is.

I would actively help you in that goal if my label wasn't also abused as such... sorry. If I'm a liberal by the way you define it, than you are a libertarian the way Hartmann and others defines it. Fair?
