Ron Paul on the Laura Ingraham Show 2/20/13 (audio added)

Ron will always get the job done in a radio environment. Always. No way to make an idea look stupid without an image to play with in this business. Which has traditionally been the means that these neocons have depended upon. He should stick to radio discussion when entering into hostile environments. Make no mistake. if there was a camera there she would have tried to punk him.

She wasn't nice to Ron when it counted:

I hate this "when it counted" stuff.

Ron was not going to win the nomination even if every TV channel and talking head ran puff pieces on him 24/7 for months. He was never acceptable to a vast majority of GOP primary voters. In fact he was so unacceptable they even wanted Santorum and Gingrich over him who have horrendous voting records and are not conservative. You need to fine tune your rhetoric and stances like Rand is doing for them to accept you and Ron would never do that. Perhaps commendable to us hardcore fans but electoral suicide in the main and a very expensive educational effort

She was nasty and condescending to Dr. Paul in that 2007 post-debate interview (video in post #17). I was only trying to point out that she is an instrument of establishment propaganda and cannot be trusted (like Maddow blind siding Rand in May 2010 after hosting the announcement of his Senate candidacy - in retrospect I'm sure he would have preferred to skip her show the day after the primary win). And, the activity in which Laura Ingraham engages has much to do with the beliefs voters form and the choices voters make. These people need and deserve to be called out and exposed. Please consider that the reason that Dr. Paul was "never acceptable" was due in large part to media bias on behalf of the establishment. Having said this, I do marvel at and support Rand's approach. I'm just not sure how saying "when it counted" is reckless phrasing. Seems vanilla milk toast moderate and to-the-point IMHO.
