Looks like he might be on for a full hour. This kind of coverage is great, there are about 100 stations that will be broadcasting this today. Most importantly there will be 11 stations covering this in Iowa, including Iowa city which is a stone throw away from the headquarters of Iowans for Tax Relief. Perhaps we should email Tom Ashbrook the host of On Point to ask him about what is going on in Iowa before the show starts (which is about in 2 hours). That way Ron Paul has a chance to address the Iowans himself about the problem.

UPDATE: Host has responded to a member from here (LizF) and said he will ask Ron about not being invited to Iowa. No more emails to him please.
Time start: 10pm Eastern Time

I just sent this email statement:

Iowans for Tax Relief and Iowa Christian Alliance will host a presidential candidates forum on Saturday, June 30th in Des Moines. As an Iowan I am curious why Iowans for Tax Relief and Iowa Christian Alliance have invited all of the republicans except Ron Paul, especially since he has been voted year after year as Taxpayer's best friend by National Taxpayers Union. The candidates were chosen 2 months ago and some that were invited during that time were still in exploratory committee stage, while Ron Paul had already made an official statement he was entering the race. I would be very interested to hear about what Ron Paul thinks about this situation and if he feels it will hinder his success in Iowa, especially in the straw poll.

I just got a response to my email, stating, "we will ask" (re: his exclusion from the Iowa forum).
