RON PAUL on LOU DOBBS tonight

what time??

Not sure.

I just heard they are going to talk about Texas upset with the NAFTA superhighway/Trans Texas Corridor.

I didn't hear Paul's name mentioned, but thought "you can't ignore him this time! This is his issue! You even asked him about it in the debates!"
;)

They gave him a whole sentence or two to respond, maybe 10 seconds of face time. He did get to make his point quickly though, and Lou Dobbs is going on about it strongly for awhile (but without reiterating Ron Paul stands behind that)... so, we'll see.

At least it gave him some casual face time. Nothing formal that has to be analyzed or anything. Just face time on a subject he is strongly knowledgeable about. I thought it he was going to be on discussing it though. Oh well, not good...but good enough for today.

They will be discussing NAFTA further tonight on CNN . . . not sure of the time.

Perhaps we should forward a link to this to Newsweek and FactCheck.org (after making backup copies in case they force YouTube to remove it). Maybe they'll revise some of their statements in lieu of what Mr. Dobbs presents in this report.

I won't hold my breath though.

Ron Paul should run for Governor of Texas, then secede from the Union and become President of the Republic of Texas.

Someone should find that youtube of Jeff Toobin calling it a fantasy and email it to Lou.

Update: Here's the email I sent Lou
Lou,

I saw your report on the Trans-Texas corridor today. This has been common knowledge even among non-conspiracy theorists who don't live in Texas for a long time despite Jeffrey Toobin's protests. See link below:

Perhaps you can educate (read: slap) him.

A few of my favorite moments from the video.
The state is vowing to use imminent domain to lay claim to any land owners who oppose the project.
Isn't blackmail illegal?

Lou Dobbs says:
An issue that the presidential candidates are just trying their darnedest to ignore.
At least the narrator to the story says:
...among it's opponents, presidential candidate and Texas congressman Ron Paul.
Meanwhile, Lou Dobbs will continue to "just try his darnedest to ignore" the only presidential candidate who is making a stand on the very issues Lou brings up.

Lou is a hack.
